[net.cooks] how to print recipes from mod.recipes

I have just discovered the existence of newsgroup mod.recipies but
it appears that it requires some nroff macros for printing them out.
Is there any kind of a "user's  guide" to reading/submitting recipies
from/to this group and if so could someone be kind enough to send
it to me. Thanks for your help.
