This is the best recipe that I have (and have made) that uses chocolate kisses. 1 c peanut butter .5 c margarine 1 c brown sugar 2 eggs 1 c flour 1 t baking powder 1 t cinnamon 1 lb kisses powdered sugar Cream first three ingredients. Beat in eggs. Combine and add next three ingredients. Blend well. Chill 30 mins. Wrap 1 level teaspoon of dough around each kiss (clean fingers are the only way I can find to do this). Bake 10 - 12 mins at 350 degrees Roll in powdered sugar and cool completely.
