I'm having a bit of trouble configuring UUCP over TCP/IP/Ethernet on SCO 3.2 . When I issue the "nlsadmin -s inet/tcp" command to start the listener process, I get "Memory fault - core dumped". Why is this happening? Can anyone assist me in configuring uucp/tcp/ip? The remainder of this note are details of my configuration steps: Initialized the nlsadmin service with: nlsadmin -i inet/tcp Added the uucico service to the listener's database with: nlsadmin -a 101 -c "/usr/lib/uucp/uucico \ -r 0 -i TLI -u nuucp" -y "comment" inet/tcp /usr/lib/uucp/Devices: TCP,eg inet/tcp - - TLI \D tcp /usr/lib/uucp/Dialers: tcp "" "" NLPS:000:001:101\N\c /usr/lib/uucp/Systems: netwrx1 Any tcp - \x00020401c0006402 usacidc Any tcp - \x00020401c0006465 sco1 Any tcp - \x00020401c0006401 /usr/net/nls/tcp/addr: \x00020401c0006401 Tried to start the listener service with nlsadmin -s inet/tcp . ----------------------------------- Thanks in advance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Joshua L Mindel, Senior Analyst Internet: mindel%netwrx1@uunet.uu.net NetWorks One Usenet: uunet!netwrx1!mindel Vienna, Virginia USA Phone: (703) 827-7767 -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Joshua L Mindel, Senior Analyst Internet: mindel%netwrx1@uunet.uu.net NetWorks One Usenet: uunet!netwrx1!mindel Vienna, Virginia USA Phone: (703) 827-7767
