In sum the argument is that when someone asks for a solution to a Bourne problem the answer should be Bourne. While I would agree in the case where the reply was made throgh e-mail a posting is also for the edification of the unwashed and alternate solutions should certainly be welcome. I see no purpose, within reason, in limiting replies.
