[net.wanted] Wanted: Emacs rnews.ml, ctags.ml, info.ml, AAA padding help

Hi !
Does anyone know where I could get :
0) A UNIX Emacs "rnews.ml" module for readnews processing ?
1) A UNIX Emacs "ctags.ml" compatible with UNIX ctags ?
2) A UNIX Emacs "info.ml" somewhat similar to INFO on MIT-{AI,ML,MC,...} ?
	(preferably using the Emacs data base facilities)
3) Information regarding this problem that I have with my AAAmbassador,
	viz, after general screen updates (not ^L) garbage is oftimes
	left on the screen -- does anyone else have this problem?  Can
	it be fixed be more padding (where?), or is it a generic problem
	with the Ambassador?
Help on any one of these areas (or certainly all four !!) will be most
appreciated.
