[comp.unix.questions] Boot problem

Hi Unix Masters:

	I have this problem:

A Sun Microsystems subsidiary ask me for a SparcStation
and I lend the machine to them but I did a level 0 dump before
that of the /dev/sd0a, /dev/sd0g and /dev/sd0h partitions.
That company re-installed the SunOS and all of the old
contents gone forever. When they returned the machine to me, I
booted from my network the SparcStation and I did these steps:

	# newfs /dev/rsd0a
	# mount /dev/sd0a /mnt
	# rrestore rbf 512 cca:/dev/nrst9

Then I tried to boot the machine but I got an error like
"Error accessing data". I think that the bootblock or the /boot
program were incorrect, then I made

	# /usr/mdec/installboot /boot bootsd /dev/rsd0a
and I got an error like "bootfile /boot not on device /dev/sd0a"

My intention is to re-create the old state on my Sparc
Does anybody know how to do it?
