[net.wanted] Wanted: Floating point package in C, providing basic +-*/, etc.

I am trying to locate a portable floating point package written in C,
which provides the fundamental floating point operations of addition,
subtraction, multiplication, division, comparisons, etc.  Ideally, it
should be compatible with the IEEE or the DEC VAX floating point
representations, although this is not esssential.  It must be available
for commercial use.  Please let me know if you have, or are aware of
such a package.
