[net.wanted] digitized pictures?

I am loking for digitized pictures.  I want pictures with intensity
information, NOT character plots (playboy, Santa, ..).

I know there is aa wealth of this out there, and surely the net touches 
at least one source!  I need these for a demo of a graphics display,
and this is often where I have seen them.
