One of our non-Usenet uucp neighbours has asked me to broadcast a plea for help. He is trying to install a Fujitsu Eagle drive (472 MByte) w/Emulex Massbus controller on their 11/750 (running 4.1BSD). So far, he has only had partial success. From what I understand, he has built a bootable Unix system on the 'a' partition, but things generally hang when he tries to do things with the 'g' partition. (I'm not sure how he defined his partitions) Does anyone out there have any experience using this drive on the Massbus? What changes need to be made to hp.c? Does anything other than hp.c need changing? Any other hints? Since their machine is down a lot lately and our uucp link to them is *very* unreliable right now, please respond directly to me and I will pass the info on.
