Am I the only one having this problem? I set up 2400 baud modems to answer with uugetty. I configure the modem as it should be for inbound service. Why, oh, why, does they insist on answering (occasionally) at 1200 baud? It's my understanding that todays "Hayes compatible" sets will answer at the speed of the last AT command. This is happening on a collection of thirty-something AT&T 6386's and it's driving us nuts. I'd like to think that I've forgotten something that I used to know. Any suggestions?
