Before I begin, let me explain that this is my first real use of the net(ie. not net.test). I have heard a few people taking about the Commodore 64 PC. It seems as if there may be a fair amount of people interested in buying one. I don't know if the net is an appropriate place to do this, but I was wondering if enough people decided to buy one all at the same time could some sort of quantity discount be arranged. Might it even be enough to deal with Commodore directly? If a lot of positive feedback occurs on the net (net.micro is probably the appropriate news group) then I would be willing to pursue this further. Also, I have checked with several stores and nobody seems to have the 64 yet. I was told by one place that they are in stores on the west coast but won't be available till Christmas in the east. This strikes me as being a little strange because Commodore is based in Conshohocken PA. Anyway, I have heard a lot of positive comments about it and would like to see more about it on the net from people who either have one, or know something about them. Needless to say, I have not even been able to get much info on it other then the standard Commodore sales hype stuff. Not afraid to try saving some money Paul Maioriello(pjm) pyuxll
