Which ANSI standard? There are zillions ...
The answer is about the same for all of them, but you do need to
know which one you want.
1 - any university library has copies of all the ones you might want
2 - the address of ANSI is: American National Standards Institute,
    1430 Broadway, New York NY 10018. Presumably they can tell you
    how to get copies of any that you can't get by method 1.
