When is someone going to do this for the Korn shell (especially with its Emacs line editing)? I have good reasons for not wanting to use the C-shell on Unix; now should I be forced to learn its painful history syntax because it is the only available decent shell on my PC? -- Guido van Rossum, CWI, Amsterdam <guido@mcvax.uucp>

It is a shell of sorts that allows full editing capability of the command line, along with the ability to alias commands not unlike korn shell or c shell. These are its two primary functions, tho it has some others. You can likely get it from the Holland Computer Club (I don't have the address, but it shouldn't be too hard to come up with). I don't know any more about it though.... -- Steve Barber Rabbit Software Corp. ...!ihnp4!{cbmvax,cuuxb}!hutch!barber ...!psuvax1!burdvax!hutch!barber (215) 647-0440 7 Great Valley Parkway East Malvern PA 19355
