And the XINU book by Douglas Comer shows you both Unix Kernel and C
programming techniques.  I have all three of them (Bach, MINIX and XINU)
on my bookself.  Sorry, I am too young for Lyon's book. :-)

Bach's book is a little hard to read for me, it is bottom-up instead of
top-down.

Of all three, I prefer MINIX the best.
