Could someone who is a sockets wizard send me some skeleton
programs that would show me how to set up clients and
servers using sockets?
All I really need to know is what syscalls in what order and
with what arguments.
Also I'd appreciate any hints or tips that make IPC easier
and any "gotcha's!" to watch out for.

A while back I posted a networking library that gave wonderful (At least I think so :-)) examples of how to do almost everything. If you are interested I will send a copy to you. Also, I am interested in getting comments from anybody who is using the library because I am about to start a rewrite.
