[comp.sources.d] DVI previewer for VMS

rcb@rti.UUCP (Randy Buckland) (06/23/87)

Hello net,
I have recently completed a previewer program for TeX DVI files that
runs on VMS and drives any form of VAXstation display. Is anyone interested
in getting a copy. It is written entirely in Ada and could conceivably be
ported to drive other devices since it builds an in-memory bitmap of a page
and then drops it on the screen. There is not much documentation but I think
it should be easily understood.

If you are interested, send me mail with the following information
so I can decide how to distribute it.

	Mail path to reach you.
Do you have Ada to recompile it.
Do you have MFTU so I can send an object (for people without Ada)
Preferred distribution method (FTP, Post it, mail, tapes from TUGboat)
Can you make a metafont run to produce the needed fonts (78 DPI)
