[comp.sources.d] alt.sources distribution

Oh, kwicher bichen!  Ncoast receives alt.sources; if it's interesting and it's
in alt.sources it gets forwarded into comp.sources.misc.  (Until alt gets
a larger distribution than a nominal 10% of the net.)

Some extra odds and ends:

- UUNET carries the alt subnetwork.  So does ncoast, if you're willing to
  pay for the call (we sure as h*ll can't unless AT&T wants to pay our
  expenses; public access unicen aren't a good way to roll in money).

- If cbosgd wants them, cbosgd can get them:  we have an (inactive at present)
  link with them.  It's supposed to become active sometime in August, I
  believe.  (If they don't want them, that's their choice to make; such is the
  alt subnet.)
