I have version 62 of less and I wanted to know if there is a more recent
version available. There are some annoying features in this version.
For example, if looking at multiple files, is there any way to get less
NOT to display lines past the end of a file at all? (not as tildes or as
blank lines). It does not display these lines for the first file, but
it does for following files. And there are a few other additional problems
that I have as well. If anyone has a better "less" I'd appreciate it if you
could send it to me. Thanks in advance.
