[comp.sources.d] SEA lawsuit against PKARC author -- how to get a copy

gnu@hoptoad.uucp (John Gilmore) (06/20/88)

I spoke with Thom Henderson last week (to get permission to distribute
the new Unix version of arc, which he gracefully gave). I mentioned that
the coverage of the suit was very confused, not even being clear whether
it was a "look and feel" or a "source code copyright" suit. He didn't
want to talk about it, but gave me the details so that we can get a copy
of the actual suit:

	Case #88-C-447
	Eastern District of Wisconsin
	US District Court, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I'm not sufficiently interested to write off to get a copy, but perhaps
someone local who really cares will do so. Certainly any magazine that
wants to talk about the suit should do so.
