If you are interested in Copyright protection do get legal
advice! Do not just read the net.

Not only is case significant, but (c) or (C) is not the symbol
for Copyright the 'C' must be within a circle or the word
Copyright spelled out. Further in some international contexts
one must state "All Rights Reserved" to preserve all your rights
under their laws.

In addition, which ever way the 'look and feel' stuff gets
resolved you will want to register and use a trademark to
represent your work. Your product may be copyright but if the
label that you sell it under not. Well, the customer can get the
wrong product.

Thanks for the soap,
