I just received a note this morning from the author of the hunt game that was recently posted to comp.sources.games. He said that the posted version had several bugs in it and that he was in the process of fixing up the game and adding new capability (e.g. to be able to run on SysV machines that support sockets). He also said that he would make it available for posting on comp.sources.games when it is ready and requested that I cancel the currently posted version to prevent its widespread distribution, which I have done.
