A former co-worker of mine has moved to Berkeley and is feeling
disconnected because he is not getting his daily fix of net
news. He has checked at UCB, but they will give putside
accounts only to people who need it for their research.
If anyone near there is able to give accounts to non-students or
non-employees, he would appreciate it a lot.
