[comp.sources.d] pspreview - where do I find wwinfo.h?

Hi, I'm trying to install the postscript interpreter found in the
pspreview package (I know that was ages ago, but now I need it).
The file ww.c includes wwinfo.h, which I cannot find in the sources.
Could someone *mail* me pointers where I can find such a beast.
