Previously, I had tried to make TPU VI on a VMS 4.5 system, having
overlooked the notice that said "this is for VMS 5.0".
Well, it turns out that we do have a VMS 5.0 system, I brought up
TPU VI on it, and it works like a charm.
Thanks to Gregg Wonderley for writing it and posting it to the net.
