[comp.sources.d] mapper.c data format?

In comp.sources.misc vol 5 issue 81 a database for the mapper.c
program appeared. I was not real interested in mapper.c, so I
didn't save it, but the data is interesting, if only I could
figure out the format.

Could some kind soul mail me a description of the data format?
