And this works on Suns certainly, as Smalltalk-80 is available there. All kinds of features are implemented including compose character, setup screens, flashing and double-height and double wide and pseudo graphic characters. Suns don't have a vt100 and certainly no vt220 keyboard so you cannot use every key you want of course.... But as it is Smalltalk-80 you get everything in sources and you can adapt it to your personal preferences interactively whenenver you want. Although some people think Smalltalk-80 were slow we benchmarked it against a vanilla Sun tools window and wan: app. 16000 baud on a sun-3-60. The same stuff runs on an Atari Mega ST about 5000 baud. The author of this emulator is Hans-Martin Mosner (hmm@unido.uucp), he works for us. If you want some more information, please let us know.
