What exactly is the status with 4.2 csh? I've heard various things from "it will be available" to "it has been for N months/years now" but with no one feeling 100% confident in his statement. Basically, what I want is the globbing stuff that csh does including all the meta-char expansion that returns an argv of files given a char * as input (include the appropriate error-return codes, etc). There have been a few pd packages that do this similar to the way bourne shell does it, but that's not good enough -- I want to use braces and so on as well.. pointers will be helpful.
