[comp.sources.d] Request Geneal part 3 and SPIN Library

I am missing part 3 of the Geneal porgram sent to comp.sources.unix
about 3/9/89.  Also missing is the SPIN libary package that's needed
for Treepar.  I've used genel in the past and would very much like to
get the updated release and supporting packages.  If anyone close to my
email address has the missing pieces or complete package and would be
willing to send it to me, please contact me.
