Golly, I *like* the quick turnaround on problem reports.  You can't
get that without a lot of patch releases, y'know.  Good support has
always been a catch-22 situation: it generates lots of patch releases
which in turn creates an image of bad support.

(And let's be realistic: how many *purchased* products have you seen
that have the quality and the level of support that elm has?  Not many,
I bet.)
