Thanks to all for your comments, both posted to this group and
mailed directly to me! In the version of the card I will post
Sept 15 I will have corrected the font specification problems.
That was one reason for putting a Do Not Use After Sept 15
message in the posting. I also will correct any errors of
commission or omission, and look forward to receiving comments
about organization, etc. Those who wrote wanting the paper copy
will be getting them in about a week; I'm currently *very* snowed
with unexpected and unpleasant work I *must* do.
