[comp.sources.d] Ohio State Computer Science disappears for 2 days starting 5 Sep 9am

The bulk of the department's facilities will be taken down on 5 Sep
9am for lots of hardware hacking plus some software upgrades.  We
expect to be out of commission not longer than 2 days.  Networks,
power, rs232, OS upgrades, and other stuff will be happening at this
point before the new academic year gets started.  News will not pass
through here, mail will not be able to be accepted and will have to
back up from Wherever, the CompuServe mail gateway will be out, and
access to the archives on osu-cis will be non-existent.

The rest of the university should be unaffected (wondering aloud if
that will truly be the case).

Fair warning, and all that.
