[comp.sources.d] v09i047: popi, The Digital Darkroom, Part01/09

nelson@sun.soe.clarkson.edu (Russ Nelson) (12/16/89)

I compiled popi using Turbo C. I used tc and popi.prj. When I run popi,
I immediately get two malloc fails. This also happens if I use tcc and
the Makefile.

Does this happen to anyone else?

On a PC, run it with "popi -x128 -y128". This should be the default
on a PC at the moment, or better still it should work with the existing
default of 512x512. All these things and more will come in due time.

On a PC, I recommend using a VGA. Support for other adapters will
improve with time. Of course, any and all suggestions and code will
be gratefully received.
