[comp.sources.d] xloadimage patch level 02 where are you?

I just obtained the code for xloadimage patch level 03, but 
I never got patch level 02!  Could someone please re-post
patch level 02?  Also, patch level 03 uses a program called
'patch'.  Could someone also post the source for this program?
