[comp.sources.d] translation to Fig code

Does anybody know whether any software exists that will translate a
simple graphics format such as Tektronix 4014 into Fig code, so that
it can then be edited and augmented using your favorite Fig editor
such as xfig? I guess this translation shouldn't be very difficult to
do.
