It seems that the end of part 9 was chopped off. Even after I changed
'ndir.NOPSIS' to 'ndir.h' and added 'echo "10" > s2_seq_.tmp', only
after compiling unipatch & trying to apply it did I discover that the
top half of ng.c is missing. It's continued in part 10, which led me
to the troublesome part 9 again .. seems it's missing that and
newsnews.H, at the least. (That failed in the patch along w/ ng.c. The
rest of the files patched perfectly. And FAST!)
