That's empty speculation.

I would like to publicly state that c.s.r has my support.  The point
of c.s.r isn't the style of review, but that the workload will be
shared, so sources won't dry up for three quarters of the year.

If Dan doesn't realize that throughput is paramount, and that the
little details of administration are of relatively little concern,
then that's his problem.

Now then: let's get on with the show, shall we?
