Has anybody had any luck getting ivinfo to compile? I am getting a lot
of "type" errors when I try on my Sparc (g++=1.39, interviews=2.6).
e.g. in dialogbox.c I get conflicting declarations for size_t and
ptrdiff_t from /usr/include/sys/stdtypes.h and
/local/lib/g++-include/stddef.h respectively.
These are presumably straightforward to track down, but if someone
else has done it I thought I would save myself the tedium.
By the way, ivinfo is a C++ texinfo "browser."
