There is a Fortran program called FSIR, Fortran Source Inventory and Renumbering, listed in a catalog by the US Army Corps of Engineers Hydrologic Engineering Center, someplace in California. It is rumored that this program (3500 lines of code) is available on the arpanet, possibly through the University of Georgia or Atlanta ("UGA"). Does any netlander have any info on how to get this program through FTP? It may also be called COSMIC (the program package, or maybe the machine). The local engineering types all know about the USACE programs, but don't know where to find it. The documentation one person has says that the program costs > $1,000 (!!!) but the entry is vague and may refer to the entire COSMIC package. Any info would be appreciated by a buncha engineering types. Dan Davison // BITNET: BCHS6@UHUPVM1 // ARPA: DAVISON@SUMEX-AIM.STANFORD.EDU UUCP: ...rice!soma!uhnix1!uhnix2!bchso p.s.
