I am sorry to burden this newsgroup with this, but I fell I had best clear this matter up. Please bear with me. To NBSLIB users: I seem to be having some mailer problems with getting any kind of response (even returned mail) from "nbslib@icst-cmr.arpa". I have been trying (unsuccessfully) for close to three weeks to get some response. Since I haven't received any ACK from nbslib, postmaster, or rbj, I thought I'd ask for advice from the net. Has anyone recently obtained software from nbslib? If so, what mail path was used? Thanks, James M. Winget Silicon Graphics (415) 960-1980 x 3654 jmw@sgi.com Or possibly: ames!sgi!jmw You have the correct path. We are getting your messages. The problem is that I can't mail back to you. Since you have domainized your UUCP address, it looks like an ARPA address to our mailer. We try to mail direct, and of course your machine never answers because it is not on ARPA. Please mail any requests directly to me, along with your phone number, if you experience problems with the automatic mailer. I will find a way to get the stuff to you manually.
