Does anybody have any experience with these in regards to Reliability.
Any data would be of use.

I might not be the most impartial respondent you could get because I
work at Ardent, but here's the party line: our MTBF is 14 months. A
paper to be given at Compcon 89 describes the design methodology used
to build and verify the Titan. To summarize a bit, we followed what
is called the Hewlett-Packard "Test-and-Fix" philosophy and strife testing
was done at 8 corners of temperature, voltage, and frequency.
