I am using a 30 Megabyte HD. I've been using this disk for about a year now. Suddenly I encountered boot failures, some files are not loading, etc. I checked the disk with Norton's DT.exe, and found that over 100 clusters were bad; most of them had some files on them (with the message: DANGER NOW). Is anyone familiar with a problem on 30 MB hard disks? How does it happen, that all of a sudden files get disrupted, sectors, clusters etc. become bad? What should be the remedy? Do I have to reformat my hard disk? I am using an ordinary PC clone, with 640 KB of memory, DOS ver. 3.20. -Chen Zucker
