ITUG is also the acronym used by the International Tandem User's Group, which is based in Chicago and which, based on my latest information, is still very much alive. It publishes a journal and distributes user- contributed Tandem utility programs. I had assumed that the original poster was asking about the Tandem group and had responded by mail with their current address.
