[comp.sys.misc] Info. request on MIPS machines

	Does anyone out there know how the MIPS M/2000 workstation compares
with the SUN-4/280 or with the SPARCStation 1 or the SPARCSTATION 330?? I 
am very familiar with the SUN enviroment, so am interested in buying a 
machine that has such an enviroment, but is faster. I am pretty impressed 
with the spec's on the MIPS machine, and was wondering whether anbody could 
tell me if there are any drawbacks to it, or whether there is anything that 
I should know about it before I buy one. Any advice will be really
appreciated!!!
