   with "NETINFO INTEREST-GROUPS.TXT" in the Subject: line.  The server will 
   automatically split the large file into pieces small enough to mail back to
   you.  For more details about the server's capabilities, send a message to 
   SERVICE@NIC.DDN.MIL with "Help" in the Subject: line.
