[net.wanted] Up-to-date 4.1BSD Mail documenation

Does anybody have the manual page (mail.1) and the "Mail Reference Manual",
preferably in "nroff" source form, for the version of Mail distributed
with 4.1BSD?  The documentation that comes (both in printed and machine-
readable form) with 4.1BSD is woefully out of date; we have an updated
man page done at Purdue, and I have a printed copy of "Mail Reference Manual",
Version 2.0, February 27, 1981.
