[net.wanted] 3d tic-tac-toe

I am still looking for a program (in C) that plays 3d tic-tac-toe (4*4*4).
Such a game ("cubic") is supposedly supported by USG 5.0 on a pdp11, but I've
been unsuccessfully in getting the source, so far.  If anybody has any ptrs...
