folks ... where i am working now, for the summer, 'my' computer is an old,
possibly original, AT with 512K on the motherboard and no room for more.
there is, believe it or not, an extended memory card with 3 meg worth on it
(256K 150ns) ... not to mention 2 hard disks with over 100 meg, a 287, etc.
but all i want is my 640K for DOS ... so my question is ...
any recommendations on either:
-a memory manager that can turn my extended into base memory ...
-a switch or something on the motherboard that will allow it to
use the extended memory directly ...
-any other way to get access to 640K for good old DOS.
