I have not bought any of their PCs, but only because I have not been in the market. Our experience with DAK may be indicative, however. The CD players were adequate. Not a bad deal, but not an extraordinary deal either. The same applies to the classical CD deal. Good CDs (though some did not play on one of our CD players, but I suspect the player as it plays on all of our others). Good, but it was not an extraordinary deal. The bread makers have been an EXCELLENT deal. They are currently selling for $130 and the exact same bread maker sells at Sears for (I think) $220 (but under the Welbilt brand name). And unlike the other bread makers, DAK sends a small book of recipes which actually work! In things other than the bread maker, we have found them to be OK. But we are VERY happy with the bread maker. In fact, it looks as though the bread maker is a pet project of the owner of DAK, Drew Kaplan. He keeps sending us more recipes, unsolicited. Which we like. I suggest any follow ups be sent to misc.consumers as that is more appropriate for discussing mail order companies than a comp.* group... -- Harold Bamford -- No connection with DAK --
