We have a Diablo 630 printer and would like to find either a tractor
feed or a cut sheet feeder for it. We have been quoted several
exorbitant prices for one and wonder whether there are any lying around
your shops unused that you would be willing to part with for a nominal
fee plus shipping. We need one in working order, of course. please email
me to the address below.

I have an Epson Equity II (circa 1986) an XT clone with a 20MG hard
drive and a 360k floppy drive. Got a sysgen external 3.5 drive for it
but am having difficulty installing it. Was told by a Sysgen tech that
he *didn't* think it would workwith this Epson model. Are there any
confirming experiences or work arounds out there amongst the micro
community. If this approach to bigger capacity drives won't work, any
alternative suggestions would be appreciated.
I am running DOS 3.1, but can move up to 3.3 if necessary. The
controller is supposed to recognize 1.2 MG disks drives as well as the
360k ones.

I have an Epson Equity II machine (1986 vintage) - an XT clone at home,
with a 5 1/4 in. floppy drive. and a 20MG hard drive. We are moving
toward 3.5 in. drives in the office and I would like to add an external
3.5 drive to the Epson at home. Tried a Sysgen drive but had difficulty
getting it to work. Sysgen said it would *not* work with that machine
and Epson's voice mail refers me to "your local dealer". I've called
around but haven't found local vendor who can tell me how to make it
work, or can suggest another product or fix. It is not a matter of the
DOS. I have access to 3.3 and that doesn't work either. Someone
suggested upgrading the BIOS. Am willing to do that if not too
difficult, but would need to know how and who to get an upgraded BIOS
from. The CPU by the way is a NEC V20 (or V30 chip). Any advisement
would be appreciated.
