Does any one know of a program that performs the same function as make which is available for CP/M or ISIS. What I am looking for is a Public Domain program which creates a SUBMIT file to reconstruct a program from its modules. Obviously, it can not be as smart as make since many micro based systems do not time/date stamp the files, but surely something could be done without that.
